『正式版IE』後續

怒了啊! 一個問題給我來來回回10次, 每次都要我自己改我瀏覽器的 charset, 事情不是這樣做的呀! 出了問題就應該從源頭解決才對. Yahoo!/TW 這公司到底重不重視客服的水準跟產品的品質呢? 一怒之下寫英文 (用 Yahoo! U.S.A. 的 webmail 打中文有點困難... 其實是 gmail 做太好 :p)

Please *READ* the page source of your news pages, for example

Please *READ* the source very carefully, and you will realized
that your page did not content correct charset encode meta tag.

You should forward this email to your engineering team and they
can explan you what is charset.

回信裡面出現一堆問號, 顯然又是 charset encode 的鳥蛋問題. (看來這公司連自己 CS 部門發的 email 都有 charset 不正確的問題, Yahoo!/TW 知道自己的問題有多大嗎?)
Anyway, 這 Customer Service 終於願意把我的意見轉給 production team 去看, 希望看了以後能去把網頁的 charset tag 改好.
